All the discussion of bullying is bringing back memories of middle school
And not necessarily good ones. I was not bullied but I was deeply unpopular. Sure there was occasional teasing I suppose but I do not remember specifics. I do remember inviting the whole class to my house for a pool party and having no one show up. That is something I have never forgotten. I never had another party at my house. And since then I have had this fear that no one wants me around. It makes me scared to try and be friends with people, that fear of rejection is huge.

2. That had to be crushing
Seems like middle school was a little slice of hell for a lot of people. Sounds like you got more than your share though. My downfall was sports. I threw like a girl and I thought the whole thing was stupid and no one wanted me on their team. Luckily martial arts saved me. Not that I ever beat anyone up, but it proved to me that I could do something athletic. I don't know how old you are or where you are in life, but I hope you keep trying to reach out to people.

3. Well I tend to keep to myself a lot actually
On top of those events in middle school, my family moved all the time, generally about every three years. If you are a shy person, that is rough. So I am sure all the moving has something to do with it too.
