From my vantage point in Chicago, I'm tempted to say:

Westernmost: Los Angeles, CA, USA

Easternmost: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

But that's because I flew to KL from Newark over Europe and the Middle East. If we'd flown the other way over the Pacific, I'd say it was the WESTERNmost place I'd been.
