It's always been preposterous fun, but Jack and Nina kissy-facing at the end of last night's episode only goes to prove that "suspension of disbelief" indeed has its limits. I'm out.

as basically an hour long Ford commercial. Do you notice how CTU always has Fords, but the bad guys drive Silverados and Hummers? Too funny. I do like the show though, although the Jack/Nina thing was a bit much. He should have said he had a headache.

I quit watching 24 a couple weeks ago, after Tony got back from the hospital & we found out that Gael was a good guy after all. I guess I just figured that it would get less and less interesting as time went on.
I didn't expect it would get STUPID...

3. Last year with all Kim's ridiculous "traumas," |
|
was beyond the realm. This year, is (unfortunately) just boring.
I am glad they are bringing the President's ex-wife back though (sherry?) She was sort of delicious in her manipulations.
I still watch because Kiefer Sutherland surely has the sexiest voice on tv! LOL

5. It's a nice gender twist actually |
|
Usually in this type of fare, it's the woman who must endure sexual advances in order to pursue her objective. So I enjoyed seeing the tables turned and for once a guy having to put out with the bad guy. Only problem is, how's he going to fake it?

8. If Jack got hooked on heroin for his job |
|
I don't think necking with Nina is that much of a stretch for him.
I think 24 is great. One of the most surprising shows on tv. I am still shocked that Terri was dead at the end of the first season.
I do think that they just don't have a clue what to do with Kim. Last season she was a major joke, especially the whole cougar thing.
I'm also glad they are bringing Sherry back. Great charactor. I also loved how Palmer was saying how they had to stoop to their level and then gets on the phone with Sherry. Cracked me up.

6. Never liked that show. |
|
The acting is ridiculous, as are the storylines. Just couldn't get into it.

7. You don't think it jumped TWO SEASONS AGO??? |
|
When Teri suddenly had trauma-induced amnesia?
I was kinda expecting her to return for Season 3 with a Dallas-like explanation that her death was all a dream.
Oh ... and Dennis Hopper as Victor Drazen ... :puke:

It's just been about the money since then. No surprise there, of course. But the timeline this year is what is so ridiculous. "24" my ass.

14. No, but the mother is about as unsympathetic as |
|
the guy playing the big boss. I find her very role to be very unpleasant.
