OK..I've asked some dumb questions in my life and...
....this my be one of them.....anyway..

I've got digital cable and of course, get lots of good movies WHICH also happen to be simulcast in Spanish (SAP?) (so spanish folks can enjoy the show and maybe even learn a little English)

Also on cable I've got 2 great Spanish speaking stations that happen to broadcast really good english movies (dubbed in Spanish)
BUT they don't offer the simulcast in English (SAP?)
Anybody know why??
