Right now, it's Alpo - which has made her somewhat less . . . gassy. (It was A LOT worse when she was a puppy!)

Even the expensive only-from-the-vet foods won't help if your pooch's system just ain't right. My poor bulldog's got "megacolon" (is it a disorder, or is it a superhero?!?), which means things tend to hang around and rot for alot longer than they would in a normal digestive tract. Needless to say, she can blow some vile wind.


But if your dog's otherwise healthy, a tablespoon of plain yogurt mixed in with the food helps silence the wagging trumpet.

16. We used to have a lab

who would do that then turn his head and look under his tail. He would then have this look like he could not imagine what had just happened, take a short sniff around and look at one of us. It was really funny after the babies came they were always the ones he blamed for it.

I had a dog that would walk in, fart, and leave. Damn smell could peel the paint off walls, I swear. Maybe I shouln't have fed him all that Hormel chili.
