Nothing worse than waking up at 3 in the morning with a hangover and not being able to go back to sleep.

I work midnights and I use it on Sunday mornings to go to sleep about noon and get up at 7:00 and be there at 9:00 pm. We work 9:00 to 7:00 6 days a week, sometimes 7 days a week.
