because of a "medical condition". This same dirtbag that was saying shit about "liberals" a couple of months back.
To those who don't know, a CO is a commanding officer, usually an O-3/captain.

Might not be a good time to ask him (respectfully of couse) if he'd like any of Democrats in the company to do his fighting for him since he... can't (and use the dramatic pause, too)
