Question For Wire Fans

I picked up the first 3 Wire albums after listening to a few of the Wire fans here on DU. I've listened to all 3 quite a bit now and I think they are great. I have a question about song 15 off of Pink Flag, "Strange." Did the Talking Heads cover that song? I know someone did, or at the least the opening "There's something going on..." line.

I think it was either on Document or the Dead Letter Office album of b-sides.

But I'm pretty sure it was REM.
