Poll question: So when someone calls your office and asks what your last name is

and the secretary says "why" and they respond, "oh I wanted to fax them something", so the secretary tells them and then they never do fax anything. Even after I called this person's office to tell them I'd never received a fax, and this person has an axe to grind with you maybe because they are no longer working where you are due to their unprofessional behavior in a wide variety of places, including their interactions with you.
