Anybody use CoQ10?
My dentist recommended it, and I have been using it for about a week. I hear it improves circulation.

I have been using fish oil for a few months, now, and that is great for concentration and general mood.

1. I was going to give it a try but the day I remembered to look for it
the budget was a little tight and all they had was too much. I take a store brand multi and 1000 mg of C plus try to eat balanced. That's about it. Used to take St Johnswort and think it was useful but it made me slightly photosensitive and I am in the sun a LOT so I just kind of quit.

2. Yeah, that is surely something you have to catch on sale.
I found them buy one get one free. They are pretty pricey.

3. I take it because I also take Lipitor
Statins such as Lipitor inhibit the natural production of CoQ10, which is necessary for heart health.

5. oddly enough...
...I was going to ask you about CoQ10. Specifically, did you notice any different feeling when you started taking it? I've been planning to add it to my list of things to prevent that dreaded heart attack. But I hate taking meds without knowing what's going to happen.

6. Nope, nothing at all
However, YMMV. Consult your physician. :hi:
