1. Woah, that's pretty cool.
You can barely see the kid behind the bass.

4. That was me! Guy on left on the bass! 1960s!
Shortest guy in the band on the biggest axe. I played string bass for a big band in college and did pick-up work (all union) for Bobby Vinton, Tommy James, Toni Tenille, and others in the Southeast.

My band once followed Paul Revere and the Raiders on the USO circuit during the revolution in the Dominican Republic in the mid-1960s. The USAF C-130 that flew us in to San Isidro Airport, flew Paul Revere and the Raiders back to the states. As we got off, they were loaded on. Drunk. They had been down there 10 days and had never been sober enough to do a show. The USO was pissed.

7. Some more from The Wrong Trousers
I went through their videos on You Tube after this was first posted and LOVED their stuff; start w/ their myspace page:

Here's some more live videos:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=-DDisTxXz00

They do a version of The Traveling Wilburys "Handle With Care" here in this concert:

The second song on this concert is a great version of their utterly charming original song, "Calvin":

The whole band is great, but I've gotta give some love for the God on the Mandolin, Joseph Lorge; he jams like Peter Townshend, the bugger..
