I just spilled a full bottle canola oil

on my kitchen floor .... DOH!!!!!

Well, the kitchen floor needs a clean up again anyway ... still, it is annoying, esp. since I just bought the oil.

and cleaned it off .... for the now oil free floor I will use a normal mop.

Canola oil is good for cleaning some types of stains, I hear. Who knows, it could be a good thing. Unless you have carpeting...

I actually had one apt that had carpet in the kitchen. If I would have spilled the oil on carpet you could have heard me cursing over the ocean, you can believe me that.
