Washington out of `Grey's Anatomy'
(I can't believe I'm the first to post this!)

Fri Jun 8, 12:09 AM ET

LOS ANGELES - Isaiah Washington has lost his job on the hit ABC medical drama "Grey's Anatomy," five months after creating a furor with his use of an anti-gay slur.

Washington's contract option was not renewed for next season, series producer ABC Television Studios said Thursday.

2. Yeah, I'm not sure who to feel sorrier for
Him or Paris Hilton. :silly:

"Free Isaiah" just doesn't click, now does it?

3. All I care about is that T.R. Knight is returning.
I am in a platonic kind of love with that guy. Wish I could meet him.

4. He is without question the best actor on the show
His acting is just incredible. Tiny little facial expressions that speak volumes.

I just hope he doesn't get typecast due to the show's success, cause I'd like to see him in other things.

7. He was indeed a good foil for McDreamy
And a well-written character. Although the relationship with the Sandra Oh character was weird to me.

6. I actually knew him slightly in the early '90s
we both attended a very progressive church, and he was looked upon as an important person in the church. I still am very surprised by his comments.
