Confess.
You know the next morning when you woke up, you were totally embarrassed about how you had danced to "Me So Horny" the night before.

Sluts!

It was how I danced to "I Touch Myself" that was the subject of many years of guilt and shame!

4. I'd hate to imagine what you did to that Frankie Goes to Hollywood song.

If you were like me, after ten kamikazes, who gave a fuck?

10. This one bar we used to live at...
had a freakin' black iron spiral staircase in it...it was two floors.

On Saturday nights, people would always come up to me and ask, "Are you OK?"

And I'd look at the bruises and reply, "OOOOH, so I fell down the stairs again!"

Thank god I don't have to relive 18 again! (Legal drinking age was 18 here when I was 18.)

11. Legal drinking age was 19 up until I was 23.
I was drinking in bars at age 16 (no fake ID - just tall and did not get carded much).

13. Shamed of it now...
but until we could get in bars, we all loaded up in a friend's van (I swear it looked like the Mystery Mobile on Scooby Doo), and we rode backroads and drank too much.

Or we sat in people's fields and had bonfires and drank, or we went to the river and swam naked and drunk.

Those were the days. (Well, at the river, anyway.)

15. Sounds a lot like what we did, if not everyone could get in.
I got my car stuck in the mud once in a field where we were partying.

16. I did, too!
And the sheriff gave me a ride home.

Gawd I liked to have never seen the light of day after that one. He picked me up walking down the highway with two longnecks.

Did y'all have a name for y'all's field?

We had two fields, and they were called "The Ribbon" and "The Ribbon 2".

17. The River Bluffs
The land where we partied is now the home of way too many McMansions.

20. Alas, a big fish house sits at our former Ribbon.
Ribbon 2 is rumored to be the home of many a satanic ritual, although I'm sure that's a rumor put out by adults to make the kids stay away.

3. Nah, not Me So Horny
But I have been in that situation with other lovely 2 Live Crew ditties such as "Doo Doo Brown" and "It's Your Birthday". Trust me, you don't want to hear these songs if you haven't already.

18. roflmao!!!
you remember that one?!?!

One of the funniest things I've ever seen/heard was a car full of about 6 or 7 little kids singing that song at the top of their lungs in a grocery store parking lot one day...they were jumping up and down and shaking the car to the beat of the music. These were young kids, so I highly doubt they understood what the song was about and were thinking more along the lines of eeyore than anything else, lol.
