Yargh!!!! My high speed internet is all f**ked up, and I have to use

dial up right now! My internet service (Comcast) had been temporarily interrupted today, because I had to make a past-due payment, which I did. Ever since then, whenever I try to get on some websites, like DU, I'd instead get a Comcast page saying that I had to install download software for existing users. I have talked to Comcast twice today, and they told me what to do, and that should fix it. Well, after the second time, I get that Comcast page instead of any and all other sites I try to access. I click on the download bar, and nothing happens. So, I have AOL as a back-up, and it's soooooooo sloooooooooow! I'm not up to having another online chat with someone at Comcast; I want to talk to someone, but no one is availabe via phone.
