OKLAHOMA CITY -- A man who delivered ice cream to people throughout a metro neighborhood has been arrested and accused of indecent exposure.

Siedro Gallegos was arrested after a woman said he exposed himself to her while he sold her ice cream.

Specifically, the woman told police that Gallegos raised his shirt, revealing that his zipper was undone and that he was wearing no underwear.

Neighbors said Gallegos is a regular on weekends near Southwest 51st Street and May Avenue.

As of Monday night, he was in custody on $2,000 bond, police said.
