24. Gulp. I'll try it.
Starting with a phrase that goes through my head a lot...

I lived in six different states by the time I was 12.

My mother spoke Hungarian with her mother and sisters but never taught us kids.

I have four terrific nieces and a baby nephew.

I can swear in several languages (not Hungarian, alas).

I share the same birthday (though not year) as Coleridge, Dizzy Gillespie, and Carrie Fisher.

My first ambition was to be a Navy frogman.

I'd still like to be a writer (I had several poems published over the years).

Genealogy is my latest obsession and I fantasize about finding photographs of my newly discovered ancestors.

I'm a very liberal feminist Roman Catholic and have also worshipped at other Christian churches.

I've taught German and English.

Movies are my big guilty pleasure, especially B&W Hollywood classics and a fair number of foreign movies.

29. Well, let me see....

Almost 38 years old.

5'9" tall.

Brown hair (At least, what's left of it. I started going bald at 20!)

Green eyes ("Angelic," to quote an old girlfriend.)

A "kind face," according to more than one person.

I really need to lose weight!

Only child.

Lifleong bachelor, but that could always change. You never know, right?

College drop-out (Majored in Media, but didn't take several of the classes required for a degree because they sounded boring.)

Spent some time in the Navy. Hated it.

Born and raised in the Hartford, CT area. Have also lived in Laughlin, NV and Melbourne Beach, FL.

Own approximately 2,500 45 RPMs, 2,000 LPs, and 1,200 CDs. Music library literally spans more than a century of recorded sound.

Adore both animals and small children.

Decidedly left of center both politically and socially, but once regarded myself as a conservative.

Spent 11 years (on and off) in the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" cult. Last saw it in 1994.

Came close to attempting suicide in 1986. Instead, listened to my "Best of Jackie Wilson" LP and changed my mind. (How could you possibly attempt suicide after hearing Jackie belt out "Higher and Higher"?!)

Am on the verge of falling in love with a fellow DUer. Thankfully, she appears to feel the same way about me!

6'-1" tall.
41 y.o.
I'll admit to 235 lbs. Makes me stocky, but not flabby.
Brown hair, in which the hairline is receding. Poop.
Green eyes.
Husband, and father to two young, wonderful boys.
Drive a blue minivan (the blue is a hue not actually found in nature - looks very artificial)
Methodist.
Degree is a BS in Engineering (Major: Architectural Engineering), but I've never been an engineer. Don't ask why.
Born in Indiana, still live here.
Once had a cocker spaniel named Joe. (Joe Cocker, get it?) His full AKC name was Joseph King Kennedy. (after MLK and JFK)
Liberal to progressive on the polito-meter.
I think SpongeBob Squarepants is hilarious. Love watching cartoons with my two sons.
Always wanted to be a professional comedian, but never made it past amateur smart-ass.
Very good speller - if I do screw up something here, it is usually screwed up between the brain and the fingers.
I am pretty decent at doing math in my head.
At family gatherings and friendly gatherings, people want to be on my team when playing "Trivial Pursuit". And I often get asked "Why don't you ever go on Jeopardy?"
Haven't decided between Kerry or Clark at this point - But in the end, it's ABB...

80. OK.
I'm 6'0," 180 lbs, with brown hair, brown eyes. I'm a husband, with a beautiful wife of 11 years. I grew up Catholic, though I spent a great deal of time attending my father's Lutheran church, as well. I have what is now a quadruple BS in English, Psychology, Journalism, and Nursing. I have an MS in nursing, and a post-masters cerificate in Nursing. I love long hikes in the Cascades, including backpacking trips that go on for days and weeks on end. I love long kayak treks along the coast, the Columbia and, especially, in Puget Sound. I love long bike rides just about everywhere. OK. That's enough.
