I'd heard they were going to take him up, but I didn't know it had happened yet.
Mr. Hawking well deserves that moment of bliss after a lifetime trapped in such a crippled body.
Within his mind he's already reached the edges of reality- now his body has taken one small step toward it as well. I have a feeling he'll relive that moment within his dreams for the rest of his life.
Good show.
