Sorry for the caps but OMG I can't believe it! Our state income tax refund was deposited in our account today! $150! We'll have the money for food, drinks, and to fill my prescription! We've been waiting for months, and it gets deposited TODAY, of all days, when we need it so badly!!!

3. we're going for the ACLU rally tomorrow in DC

The transportation there and back is free (comfy charter bus) but we needed money to pay for drinks, food, etc. I had been devastated, because we were pretty much broke until Wednesday (payday) and it was looking like we wouldn't be able to make the trip.

I am an ECSTATIC little activist right now. :headbang:

I'm in the beltway but I can't drive, usually if I go to rallies my husband takes me and he's working tomorrow but there's a bus I can take to the Metro so I'm gonna look it up and see if I can go, thanks!
