Knuckledragger next door has house up for sale!!!!

My partner did a happy dance as she watched a century-21 realtor place a FOR SALE sign on the knuckledragger house next door to us....

we've been doing a restrained happy dance.

He did have the house up for sale a little over a year ago through some other realty agency, but took it off the market after a month or so. this is why our happy dance is being restrained.

1. Why do want the Knuckledragger to go?

3. how about because

he frequently refers to us as "fucking bull dykes"? shoots off illegal fireworks in the direction of our property? (yes we've called the cops on that, but if the cops don't see it they won't do anything)

and then there's the pissing contest over the right-of-way between our properties, harrassing the neighbors that live behind him, 4 screaming kids, loud parties...

After 17 years, our redneck-yahoo-cowboy-wannabe "neighbor" finally pulled up stakes and moved. Good riddance, I thought. However, he sold the property to a clone and still comes to visit. I swear they are gloating at me (like that white cat in another post) through the fence.

6. I hope it sells

In the market today you'll have to cross your fingers, toes, legs, anything that can be crossed. If we could pick our neighbors, parents, siblings then life would be great.
