1. Impossible
There's not enough extant water to flood anything that big, even if you melted the icecaps.

They were doing a piece on Noah's ark. But to answer your question the answer is "it depends".

If you mean by "World floods" that the polar ice caps have melted in the past then the answer is a resounding probably. Albeit, not in a really long time.

If you mean by "World floods", that the Earth is completely submerged in water, then the answer is no. There is not enough water (even if you count geysers and the like) to completely submerge the Earth, although a large portion of it would be.

That answer your question?

3. Off topic, but reminded me of this cool fact
If the world was a perfect sphere (no continents no nothing), there is enough water on the planet such that the water would level would be approximately 10,000 feet deep. That's alot of water!
