When takebackthemedia says that the major networks are biased and conservative I always held the belief that ABC, CBS, and NBC were above reproach, that these guys who were around during WaterGate and the Iran/Contra deal would always tell the truth in an unbiased and succinct fashion, boy was I WRONG...............now that I'm older and a bit wiser I see the truth in the name "Media Whores" They are murderers of the truth, and then they bury the corpse of their lies until another opportunity presents itsself to drag your attention away from their deeds............thank Vishnu, and Mithras for the BBC and The Guardian...and of course Cspan

2. I don't know as I'd call Rather and Jennings "media whores"

I mean, if you compare them to Hannity or Savage they're fairly mild. I think the real problem, and this is why I mostly read things and watch "The Daily Show, is not a particular left or right wing bias, it's just that the media will report on whatever they think will get it ratings, so I suppose, in a way, they are almost whores, as they will do almost anything to get a story, really. Sensationalism, more than anything else.

thing we Americans have to real journalism. I get my news from them ONLY. I do not watch nor do I trust cable "news"! :puke:

The BBC, CBC, The Guardian, The Toronto Star, and Le Monde are of the best news sources we have in the world. They are A GRADE!!!

Bill Moyers also has a good show too and he is a man of great integrity!
