4. I don't know if it is added
but anything that is made with flour, or has flour or other grains added to it (like some soups, etc). It would probably be better to make a list of what you can eat. I bet there is a support group online for people...I know that some people have to avoid all yeast which can overlap the celiac restrictions too. Some things can be made from potato flour. I know some people use spelt bread, but spelt is a form of wheat. It has been soooooooo long since I worked around that stuff, but I do know that there are more alternatives out there than their used to be.

he asked about hidden sources of gluten and I pointed that out because some people will say that it is a wheat subsitute when in fact it is just another kind of wheat grain.

5. A couple really good gluten-free brands are
George's and Glutano. Both are quite yummo. Van's also makes good gluten-free waffles.

And for the record, I don't eat gluten-free. The fiance managed at a health food store for a few years and put together the gluten-free dept, so I can pass along questions to her.
