Guy in the office next to mine (rice-paper thin walls, I might add) sits on and bellows into the speaker phone for hours and hours and hours every day. Okay, part of his job is to be on the phone, but why sit talking into the phone and do nothing else when you can pick up the receiver and talk into it? I also have a speaker phone, but pick up the damned receiver and talk into in in a well modulated tone of voice that rarely is overheard.

What drives you bonkers in the office?

I guess I should be grateful that this guy takes lots of multi-hour lunch hours. Wish I could when he is in the office.

Her pretension and incompetence are sickening. She's a DINO and discusses politics, religion, and why everyone should conform to her narrow-minded stereotypes. Then, she smirks at me for a minority stamp of approval, all the while gossiping about how other women in the office look.

My team leader is the coldest, meanest, least compassionate individual it has ever been my misfortune to meet. Last year was a bad year for me; I was ill for 9 months and unable to work. During that time my team leader did not bother to call or email me even one time to inquire about my health or other needs.

I have heard her get in other peoples' faces and scream like a banshee. God help her if she ever does that to me; I am disinclined to tolerate such abusive behavior.

We don't have poor morale on my team; we have no morale. It must really suck to be her; it really sucks working for her.

At the tv station where I work. Both really nice guys BUT:

When there is any detail work such as dubbing,editing etc. etc. left over when I leave Friday night,I can rest assured it hasn't been touched when I get back Monday.

I have cut and paste my response to another thread:

SHE CANNOT TYPE OR SPELL. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.
SHE TYPES WITH TWO FINGERS AND HAS TO LOOK AT THE KEYBOARD WHEN SHE IS TYPING. I SENT OUT 38 EMAILS YESTERDAY; THAT WOULD TAKE HER FREAKING YEARS TO DO.

She has a boring story and an ugly f***ing sweater for EVERY occasion. When she tells one of her stories I am AWOL (asleep without lids). It's worse than Tom's parents. It's f***ing TORTURE.

On top of that she has a LOUD, nasal New Yawk accent that makes my HAIR stand on end (don't you New Yawkers flame me; I'm not anti-New-Yawk-accents; I am anti-THIS-PARTICULAR-ONE. It is the proverbial FINGERS ON A BLACKBOARD.)

This on top of the Austin folk; I CAN'T TAKE ANYMORE. Notice it is 03:15 and I am still working on the page I got three hours ago. Someone just freaking KILL ME ALREADY.

Okay, I will say he is a good guy and everything. But he drives me nuts. I work in a shop with allen wrenches and such all over the place. He constantly taps them on the metal work benches like he is playing the drums. It is so completely annoying. Especially since, most of the time when he does it, things are slow. I am working on something, and he isn't. I have glared over a couple of times. I want to tell him to knock it off, but don't want to be a jerk...Kevin.
