6. I liked the one where the two women worked undercover

as street walkers to collar johns and the dumb one propositioned the john instead of the other way around promising a bj from the ditzy blond, who I guess had to deliver, cause they couldn't arrest him for soliciting them.

State law prohibits counties with high populations from legalizing brothels, so that's why you don't see them in places like Las Vegas and Reno -- they're always in outlying counties. AFAIK, "street solicitation" is illegal across-the-board, even in counties that allow brothels.

And I respectfully refuse to answer how I know these kinds of things... :D
