NRA propaganda
My husband who has previously belonged to NRA had a recorded message from the NRA which said there were no loopholes in the gun sales laws and that this was a way for the opposition to take away the rights of Americans to own any firearms. He invited me to pick up an extension, listen and respond to a representative. I told the person that I owned a handgun, that I had a concealed carry permit but that the position they were taking was going to be responsible for putting Bush back into office and causing this country to go down the drain. This would be the price for this insane love of guns. BTW, I'm a female, retired teacher, 63 year old southerner who indeed has a concealed carry permit. My husband replied that he thought they were misrepresenting the facts. This is a reversal of his position of several years ago.

3. What does one need a concealed carry permit for?
Unless you're a private investigator or something, I find this to be sort of dangerous.
