What anti-virus software should I get to replace norton?

It has to be effective, of course, but cheap is also a consideration.

Norton (at least the current Version) is pretty good.

For good detection I'd recommend:

I'm constantly getting conflicts with my OE6. It "unplugs" my email accounts.

For business reasons, I can't replace OE6. So the Norton has to go.

I've heard from some of my more tech-savvy friends that those things don't like to uninstall, and consequently interfere with the new anti-virus software you install.

But to give you an alternative to Norton, McAfee isn't too bad.

I plan to stick with NAV 2003 and get a year's subscription to updates.

Still supported after 3 years. Reasonable price. Easy updates.
