Have any of y'all taken a Rape Agression Defense course before? I just started mine today at school, and I wondered what other people's experiences were. Anyone? :shrug:

It changed my life for the better. I became more confident that I could protect myself and then get away from a dangerous situation if necessary.
"Run Awaaaay" (a la Monte Python) was the first self-defence technique we were taught!
