already today I have :


called (and got on cspan)made 4 salient points and was not cut off

done 4 loads of laundry

changed the bedding

changed the litter boxes (we have LOTS of litter boxes).. we actually have a cat potty ROOM in our house...

fed the outdoorsies and washed their bedding

washed dishes

cleaned two bathrooms

cleaned the stove

rearragned my freezer..(I was waiting for the rinse cycle.:)..)

paid some bills (:(..)

and spent about an hour working on a piece I am writing..to submit to DU..(probably won't get run, but what the hay )


so.. entertain me..I am tired :)

when I was a kid in Appalachia, circa 1977, Mr. Cartoon (Jule Huffman, presumedly the only Jew in Charleston, West Virginia) would let kids tell jokes on his live, 4pm show. A little urchin got up and asked:

"What did one leg say to the other leg?"

Gee, don't know, what?

"Hey, look! Shorty's growin' a beard!"

And they went to test pattern.

9. how's this for entertainment?

For a week, I have been buzzing the hell out of my left butt cheek. I have a new TENS unit for arthritis pain, and I'm still learning how to regulate it for effective pain management. In the meantime, the upper portion of my left buttock is buzzing to varying degrees, just about 24/7.

It's definitely one of the weirder things I've ever felt.
