I also have a very serious question for Skinner.
I understand that corrections need to be made, for example, when baking at high altitudes because of the lower air pressure as elevation increases.

And I know I have to decrease the amount of baking soda, say, or baking powder, by one-eighth of a teaspoon or so.

But what I want to know is whether my stews and braises really need that extra hour. Is that what DU is trying to tell me?

2. No cooking threads in the lounge.
Cooking might lead to domestic bliss, which might lead to sex, which might lead to a sex thread. We wouldn't want one of those because they're wrong, wr-wr-wrong.
