Seattle update

Well technically I suppose it's my Woodinville update, as that is where I in fact live now. Yay.

Everything is um.. zen I guess. :)

I have plenty of gaming opportunities here and the roomie has made me an admin on his computer since I solved several issues. :D

Glad I spent that month as a computer tech.

Anyway I should be posting more regularly again...

For now though I am gonna go do RL stuff.

how are these lovely heavy rains treating you? We prefer to call it liquid sunshine...yeah it's dumb, but it does help. This weekend we're supposed to get the whole shebang, high winds, rain, snow, floods....I think either Bush is coming to town or it's the apocolypse..I always get the two confused! :evilgrin:

We are up by Mt. Baker and I love it. Been here since June. Gotta love it when you can drive up the Mountain in 45 min. or go the other way and dig clams 45 min.s away. Rain on.

4. I am SO glad to hear you made it, and have a place -

I've been wondering about you - and been worried! I feel like I bailed on ya - but it wasn't on purpose!

My stepdad had a massive heart attack on NYE, and I got the call on the 1st. He wasn't expected to live, and I was told that my mom was under doctor's orders not to be home alone, as she could expect that phone call at any time. I ended up leaving for SEATAC at 4am on the 2nd and was gone for 3 weeks. Everything was so sudden and unexpected I didn't have any way of trying to contact you - so I am SOOOO sorry.

I got back about a week ago (stepfather defied logic and medical science and is HOME although far from well) and have been wondering about you and feeling like a total cad. My "Michigan Adventure" was just that - and very draining and completely horrible.

I wanted to send you a pm and explain, but on top of being overwhelmed with trying to catch up on stuff at work and home I felt like a total loser not knowing if you were stuck in limbo wondering what happened to me.

I am SO glad everything worked out and you found a place! I feel so much better, and am so glad I saw your post!

If you ever want to check out small town mountain life on a day off, or for a weekend or whatever, please DO let me know!
