I'm 46. My house is paid for. I still have all of my hair and most of my teeth.
I'm 5'8, 155 pounds, wear 31-inch jeans and have really pretty green eyes.
People who aren't paying close attention think I have a good personality.
I know all the state capitals. I know the difference between "capital" and "capitol."
I like to drive fast, but never after more than two Yoo-Hoos.
I know lots of good jokes, some of which are even suitable for printing here.
I throw the best annual party in Saginaw, and one of the top 300 or so in Michigan.

It's one of the oldest houses north of Remington Street in the city. When G'ma G bought it in '51, it sat a block east of here and was to be torn down to make room for a doctors' office's parking lot. Gram purchased it for a dollar and paid $2000 more (BIG money in those days) to move it, oh, 350 feet.
It has oak woodwork throughout, several of the original lead glass windows and, maybe best of all, nine-foot ceilings. The original occupants (Daniel and Catherine Williams and their son, Dan Jr) would still be able to recognize it.
If anyone here thinks guys with cool old houses are "hot," then I'm your man.
