14. They should also be sent to a remote island, where there is no tobacco
alcohol, or food. They should be forced to fend for themselves and learn to live off of the land. During this time, their lungs will have repaired themselves ( hopefully ) from so many months of not smoking, that they will no longer crave the things and return to normal society completely reformed and penitent.

But they'll probably light up again after all the depressing nightmares they will surely have while being on that island ( eating bugs, not being able to shower, resorting to drinking their own urine, etc... ) but hey, at least they didn't get to stink up any casinos :smoke:
