1. I bought Sonic Jihad at Tower Records a few months ago

My husband and I can't get enough of it, along with
The Black Eyed Peas' CD "Elephunk" .

We are rockers from way back but thses two CD's are
great I highly reccomend both of them .

Not a big fan of rap either, but it's great to work out with. Really gets the blood going in more ways than one.

Yahh! Finally out of the 700 Club.

4. A couple are better IMHO

A.W.O.L.

"Sheep to the slaughter"

and

"Freedom"

I also really like

"lay low"

and "Life goes on" is pretty uplifting IMHO

Honestly I love the whole thing

My favorite lines from his CD is "unless you want
to live on your knees throw down"

"this is how we ride and roll soldier for life ya know"

"What would you do" has an extended intro that is great .
