No advocacy ads for the Super Bowl? |
|
I just saw two of them myself. One was anti-tobacco and the other anti-drug. Aren't those two things advocacy? I didn't catch who sponsored either one of them. Did anyone else? Why do I feel some Christian coalition outfit is behind them. Anybody catch any others? We should write CBS about this.
I don't really feel this belongs in the lounge, but since all threads dealing with the Super Bowl ads have been moved here, I decided to post as well in the lounge.

I've seen a bunch of issue ads tonight - including those against drugs, the tobacco industry, and underage drinking.
Double standard, anyone?
