1. JUST NOW?
How did you wait that long? I barely could wait until it came out. I was getting antsy.
So...What'd you think?

2. I was really busy when it came out.
It was difficult to wait but I am glad I did. I read it just now to escape the stress of the fires.

10. I was very surprised
that Harry Potter survived.

Was not surprised about Snape being a double agent. That was fairly well foreshadowed in the previous installments.

Really sad about Lupin and Tonks.

3. I had a delayed reaction.
A few days later, I was crying my eyes out.

5. Yeah, that will probably happen to me too!
It was a page turner. And now my eyes are not focusing well because of it.

13. Not me
I still think that Snape is a dickwad. He was vengeful, nasty and at times quite intolerable. I still carry a flame for Sirius and Remus, but mostly Sirius. My heart ached when he was killed off. Strangely, the death (in the 7th book) I most grieved for was Hedwig's. And then Fred's--his death was so unexpected, and I had to read the pages around it more than once from the shock.

I can understand why many of the deaths happened, but I still miss Sirius a lot.

16. Sirius's death hit me hard, too.
I kept waiting for him to come back. But there is something I truly identify with Snape.

4. I found the ending very satisfying...
To see Harry settled, married, kids, and all that...

After everything he went through...

What a huge relief!

Wow, indeed!

17. I'm re-reading them now - am on Book 5
They really take me away from all the crap going on in the world. For that, Ms. Rowling, I sincerely thank you.

18. I completely relished the escape.
It works better for me than watching DVDs.
