I am losing my grip...

I feel like my life is spiraling out of control. Not that it was all that in control...

My request to work Xmas day? DENIED. It's my usual day off, no shift swapping.

The little gift I bought myself? Stolen off the FedEx truck. The seller's not returning my emails.

Car's got an electrical problem I can't get nailed down. I start a new shift tomorrow, 5p to 2a. If I go out there and it won't start at 2am what the hell am I gonna do?

How much stress can FTA handle without going 'round the bend? :(

3. I hope the package was insured...
I don't know. I'll have to get mean with the seller. Maybe threaten a negative eBay rating. I'm too nice for this shit...

The car has an electrical problem. Been to two diff shops, both said the alternator is good, still when I go out and turn the key over and nada.

8. Just replaced the battery and...
the alternator belt. Next morning (yesterday in fact) it was dead again. I assume that the fuses are good.

2. Dude
I hope things get better for you. Shouldn't FedEx be responsible for the stolen item?

6. The seller has to put a claim in to FedEx...
...I'm hoping that he either will a) give me my money back so I can get something else, or b) have another of the item I ordered, and will send me that one.

7. My dear From The Ashes....
My heart hurts for you...

Do you have AAA for auto insurance? Or does your auto insurance have roadside service?

I'm so sorry...

11. Thanks Peggy...
No AAA and no roadside service. There's a SAPD Officer that patrols the parking lot, he will probably help if need be. To be honest, Christmas worries me more.

13. Sorry about all that, dude.
That's a nasty pile of stuff all at once.

I had a car that would do that, be fine, then die, then be fine. Finally took it into a dealership, and they hooked the computer up, it was an oxygen sensor keeping it from starting. Technology, sometimes, backfires... :banghead: Hope you get yours figured out soon!
