Looks like someone used Homer Simpson's make-up shotgun...

There seems to be no foundation or lipstick, but the eyebrow pencil, eyeliner and mascara got doubled up. Add bad lighting and possibly some malicious photoshopping...

Of course, the comparison picture has been retouched as well... to her benefit.

Maybe she'd had a facial or peel or something recently that prevented her from putting makeup on except around her eyes?

Or maybe she has some terrible disease, and we'll all feel guilty later on.
