Pennsylvania recently began allowing tastings in our state-run stores (the only place you can get liquor and wine in the state).

3. Only small samples, I hope. Drinking & driving, and all that.
It would be bad news to be pulled over by a cop, after getting samples of liquor, becuase it would be on your breath. Maybe if they gave out mints afterward...
