of all the fucking nerve! i've been making coffee in that pot five days a week for a year and a half, and i didn't so much as chip it. she gets the bright idea that she's going to wash the damn thing and breaks it the very first day she touches it!

i'm going to beat her to death with my phone handset.

11. He/she who breaks the coffee pot, gets to go to Starbucks and bring back coffee for everyone, free!
There's no punishment too strong for that kind of sin, other than to make the responsible party
provide caffeine replacement from another source. Immediately.
Otherwise, you may have a tendency to just sit there and BREW'D.

What kind of an organization do you work for? They clearly have their priorities all mixed up.

20. And how can he call himself MrCoffee?
He ought to have a coffee pot in his pocket at all times, ready to whip out when an emergency brewing situation arises.

24. sounds like it's time for everyone to empty their pockets,
pool their change, and go buy another one or two coffee more coffee makers and/or pots!

I hate to say this, because it will mean I've been in a WalMart lately, but I, too, broke our coffee pot last week and - living in the complete and utter boondocks - WalMart is the only place within 50 miles that sells coffee makers. We couldn't wait until our weekend trip into 'the big town' so we zipped off to WalMart to forestall an early morning crisis. They have 'em there, and the prices really aren't bad - from $10.00 to $90.00, depending on how much you want to spend.

They also had extra coffee pots for various machines.

25. We have three extra
When we changed machines the pots sort of went missing and then were ultimately found again just after the dude who installed it packed up. Funny that:hi:

26. You live in Seattle.
There's a coffee shop 30 seconds from you right now. It's a Washington law.

Hell, Madrone lives in Central Washington, in an area where there MIGHT be 5000 residents. There are at LEAST 5 coffee places, and that's just the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
