2. Great brownies
Follow the measurements... I added a little too much yogurt and they were really gooey and needed another 10 minutes.

The mint version is good but really heavy on the mint.

I also used vanilla yogurt the second time I made them... plain yogurt didn't quite taste right.

Enjoy.

8. On the website for No Pudge someone suggested adding more yogurt
doubling the amount of yogurt, I think....but like mentioned above you'll need to bake them longer.

9. Vanilla yogurt
I like the suggestion to use vanilla yogurt rather than the plain.

11. The regular is good
I didn't like the raspberry. They always come out pretty fudgie.

13. In an unscientific vote...
...I and friend #1 loved them, and friend #2 (a certifiable chocoholic) didn't. However, friend #1 is a brilliant cook and baker, and friend #2 just never got into the whole baking/cooking thing, so perhaps skill played a role.

I do find that a scant 2/3 cup yogurt works best. The wetter the batter is, the less likely it is to achieve the right texture, at least in my experience. Oh, and the only flavor I haven't tried is the mint. The raspberry is my favorite, and sometimes I add cherry flavoring to the plain.:9

14. I haven't had those, but I've had the Krusteaz fat free ones.
And they are yummy. They are pretty moist. I am on Weight Watchers, and a brownie is only 2 points. You wouldn't know they were no fat by tasting them.

:hi:

I assume the No Pudge ones are about the same.
