I'm a tea drinker, not a coffee drinker, and Chai tea is Teh Awesome. :9

7. Oddly enough I was just making plans to go to an asian restaurant
and then stop at a tea shop down the street from there after that... :P

14. its a bit by eye
so i take about 2-3 cups milk depending on how much i want. crack open a cardamom pod, a clove, and a cinnamon stick, and a few threads of saffron.

put some assam tea and boil on low(its imp to use assam vs darjeeling because darjeeling tea should not be boiled. assam tea for chai is traditionally boiled) if you are using darfeeling tea, you should wait till milk has boiled before adding tea.

then put in sugar to taste.
