I'm going on 20 min. of monitoring kitteh's bath. Since he's still in the e-collar, he has to be monitored when it's off. I think he's dragging this session out intentionally...sigh. At least I have good football to watch.

He knows that as long as he keeps washing, you won't put the collar back. :hi:

13. how long does he have to wear the collar?
I've never had any of my male cats be required to wear a collar, post-neutering. It's been several days since his surgery, right? Cats heal remarkably fast...

15. Well, it's like this...
He won't leave it alone, and yesterday we tried to leave it off, but he licked it so hard that he ripped off a scab or something and it started bleeding. The fur is growing back quickly now, so hopefully only a couple more days. He's doing well today, ate, washed, only tried to lick twice, and now he's napping next to me, sans collar. :)

20. I think that's the case...
So, we'll keep it on until he's fully healed. Don't want to risk the need for further surgery to correct whatever he may do to himself in the interim. :)

16. No, he wants to smell like tuna...
After his Yellowfin Florentine with Garden Greens. :eyes:

He normally only eats Wellness, dry and wet, but he's kinda turned his nose up at it since the surgery, so I have him on Fancy Feast for a couple days....kitteh crack. He loves it...

17. Back when Sophie le Chat roamed the Earth, we only gave her dry
Then wifey's sister adopted her and she got to eat wet food all the time.

Damn cat got spoiled!
