I just made a pan of curried potato and peas.

I want to just put it in a bowl and eat it neat, no rice or bread or nothing. But it's so spicy. :o What would you do?

1. Yogurt

Put a big dollop of plain yogurt next to it on the plate and use it to cool your mouth off. Or you can grate some cucumber into the yogurt -- then it becomes a raita.

only flawed by the minor detail that I don't have any yoghurt. :D
