A business conversation an overzealous gov't snoop may misinterpret

I picked up freight at the Coca-Cola plant in Dallas
going to New Jersey. I had to call the freight broker
for the information, and she asked me to inform her
when finished loading. Here's the conversation, verbatim,
except personal and business names redacted:

Her: "Thank you for calling XXXX Brokerage, this is XXXX".
Me: "This *me* with XXXXX Transport, I have the load from
Coke in Dallas, when does it deliver? I can be there Friday
morning if that's OK with the customer".
Her: "Friday's fine, they receive goods 'till 4 PM".
Me: "Great, it'll be there by noon"
Her: "Thanks, I'll let them know. Be careful and Happy
Holidays".
Me: "Happy Holidays, bye"

I thought nothing of it until about halfway between Dallas
and Texarkana, I saw a shitload of TX State Troopers searching
a U-Haul. I've thought about it since

It was an innocent business communication that occurs millions
of times every day. Rumor has it the gov't snoopware looks for
"key words or phrases". Am I paranoid, or is "The Man" out to
get me? What fucked up times we live in!
