Irish whiskey with Dr. Pepper

would it taste good or would it be revolting. Jameson's is all I've got and I don't wanna drink it straight. My only other option would be Jameson's and Mt Dew Code Red but the thought of that is sort of nauseating

Make a good pot of coffee, pour a 3/4 cup, add a spoonful of sugar and as much whiskey as possible then off you go!
The coffee/whiskey measures tend to fluctuate during the course of the evening. Usually by the end of the night people are pouring theirs into mine. BASTARDS!:sarcasm:

Anything with high fructose corn syrup doesn't belong anywhere near decent whisky, IMO.

I like it straight, but if you have to cut it with something, and the weather's cold where you are, how about a hot toddy? Add hot water, lemon juice, and honey, stir. Tasty, traditional, good for what ails ye.

next time I'll make sure to have ice and just have it that way. My choices were rather limited. However, the restorative powers of the Jamesons helped me through a bad night and resulted in waking up with a positive attitude that has already inspired some cool stuff to happen. It was worth the grossness :-P
