I just found a little itty bitty kitty **with pics**

She was scared. But it's cold out in WI and I wanted to get her in warmth and fed. Here she is:

And the cat who owns us is the shit. I do not want to piss him off. I am going to post pics at the local grocery stores, craigslist, etc to see if she belongs to someone. If no response, then we'll have to decide what to do. In the meantime, she has food, water, somewhere warm to snuggle and people to love her.

no pressure or anything! ;-) But that is one SWEET little kitty face! And I, who have 7 cats, will vouch that male cats are much, much, MUCH more accepting of new family members if they're female. Not in the sexual way, mind you - all ours are neutered/spayed, but our chief cat, Tom, is totally cool with the 5 females who have slowly joined his harem, not so good with Ivan (until Ivan became a eunuch, that is).

19. She was right outside my garage, curled up trying to get warm.

Well, she's NOT micro-chipped. I brought her in to get checked for that. I am also working with a woman who does private rescue. I have notified the humane society, the local vet and placed flyers at a few places around town.

She and I went to my work and I now know there are at LEAST a dozen people who are willing to give her a forever home. One of those may likely be my mom. :)

I live in a small apartment and have two rescues which is my limit. I do what I can though - I have a feral trap - if they're adoptable I take them to the shelter, if not (too feral) I do a trap/fix/release.

Seriously, my heart hurts from looking at that beautiful face. She looks so much like my precious 15-year-old princess kitty, who I got when she was a kitten this size and who looked a lot like this one.
