1. Doesn't feel very Christmasy here does it?
I was really hoping for something more appropriate to the season...we're more like a Corona commercial this year than a Budweiser Clydesdale sort of thing.

2. No, it doesn't feel Christmasy at all.
It feels more like April (or the way April used to feel).

4. Yesterday it was 52 in Chicago.
Today we have had a wind advisory with gusts at 68 mph and temperatures around 20.

Felt like below zero here all day.

7. I know -- As much as I hate the cold -
I'de rather the climate be normal. The leaves on the trees stayed green till Thanksgiving this year. It seems to me that the past four years or so the winters are just getting warmer and warmer. (and the summer isn't brutally hot anymore - the climate seems more moderate).
I'de rather have the old, freezing horrible New York winters back.....and our miserable 100 plus summer heat waves.

Global warning is really scaring me.
