1. LeftyKid had one last week while the red dye was washing out.
I'd be really worried if I couldn't remember last week. Or maybe not, since it was finals week, and repressing that might not be a bad idea.

2. I had a mohawk off-and-on for YEARS...
Sometimes short and brushy, sometimes so long in the back that it touched my belt...

The last one i had was 10 yrs ago, when i was 31. It was teal and purple, and matched my team's hockey jerseys perfectly.

3. Yes. My college campus sported many people, male and female, with
colorful mohawks and other hairstyles that included wild colors. Pink included. :D Ah, those were the days....

4. I had a pink mohawk!
For years back in the early 80s. And, damn, it looked good. :)

6. By the time I was born
the 80's were over. Don't remember the first couple years of the 90's, either. No looking at mohawks for me. :(

5. Actually, in my school, it was orange
My school colors were orange and black, and there was one guy a few years ahead of me who had an orange mohawk for a couple of years. IIRC he graduated in '82 or '83, several years before it became socially "acceptable" to have one, and it created quite a sensation at the time.

7. I remember them. I had a green one for awhile myself.
But I saw all colors. Good times.

8. Oh sure, but the best one ever
I've seen lots of mohawks--mostly in the '80s of course--and the best one I ever saw was when I was in London in '86--a guy had a yellow-and-black checked mohawk to match his yellow-and-black checked scarf. It was a work of art. Dunno if those are a football team colors or if he was just overly coordinated--either way, it was kickass.

9. Never had one
The worst I ever had was an ill-fated attempt at an "Under A Blood Red Sky" era Bono mullet, the less said about which the better.

11. That's not people.
That's just person.
:P

Out of curiosity, though, how did this person survive the penguin-suit assembly line of the modern world?

12. I don't know her that well, so I don't know the details of how she survives.
Friend of a friend. Still, I do know that she's hot as hell and if she didn't have a boyfriend I probably would have been trying to get to know her better... :P

18. Not only pink
but purple and orange and green and blue...you name it.

My kid's lobbying for green. At least that'll match his Grinchy boxers.

:scared:
