Got it for my son for Christmas (XBOX360). Excellent repertoire with some of the classics - Sunshine of Your Love, Mississippi Queen, et al.

Being able actually to PLAY the guitar, for real, is rather meaningless. Who knew?????

I can see this becoming very addictive ...

Im hooked. badly. Some of those tunes are darn HARD.

2. I crashed and burned the first couple of tunes I tried.

6. My daughter warned me to start easy

but I thought "oh, come on, how hard can it be? I can play guitar for real, this cant be that bad"

Then I got booed off the stage trying to play "Sedated" on hard level.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR TO PRAISE SATAN, THIS VIDEO GAME IS EXACTLY YOUR BEST CHOICE. I BOUGHT IT FOR MY teenager son, for this first look it is fun, but the most dificult the level is, the most satanic songs are and the graphics, you;ll see the devil killing people. Honestly, we felt bad, and strange things happened to us in two days. Game was returned. I had to click on the stars to rate it, but the rate is -0

and make levels out of them.

whats to stop someone from loading everything by Metallica and making levels out of them?
At least when they make them an "official" part of the game, the artists get royalty payments for it.

16. My GF's son just Guitar Hero for Wii, and I'm heading that way

tonight for dinner. I'm looking forward to giving it a shot--and I'll heed the warnings I've heard about being able to play ACTUAL guitar isn't much of a help! :headbang:
